What is the difference between backup SOC and discharge cut-off SOC?
If there is a Gateway in the network, you can manually set the "Backup Reserve" value in mySigen App. When the grid is connected, the battery stops discharging when the set backup SOC is reached. When the grid is powered down, the battery stops discharging when the set discharge cut-off SOC is reached.
The data displayed in the app's energy flow chart is incorrect
- Please check if the CT is reversed
- Please check if the CT is installed at the grid connection point

The direction of current flows from the grid to the load is positive. please ensure that the direction of CT arrow is consistent with the current
What's the function of the Gateway off-Grid Enablement?
After installing the Gateway, make sure to enable this feature. Enabling this parameter allows the inverter to supply power normally when off grid. If disabled, the inverter will not function properly when off grid.
What is the starting temperature of the three-phase inverter fan?
45℃ for external fan, and 60℃ for internal fan(only for the latest version)
Charging and discharging logic of TOU mode in non charging and non discharging period
PV will provide power to the load and battery, but the battery will not discharge. App will support to set the 'Maximum Self-Powered' in non charging and non discharging period in the future
